Hi,

I am trying to select water molecules from a protein structure because I want to delete just a part of them. The selection process is normal, after entering the command: PDBname:A:HOH400-HOH600

However, once I enter the menu Edit>Delete>Delete selected atoms

An error ocurred and just a random molecule of water is shown in the Dashboard Tree, although the entire protein is visualized. How can I carry out the deletion procedure in a perfect way?

Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance
