Probability of a successfull dock
If i have a protein and I search the "entire" ZINC15 database (500+ million molecules) what is the probability of finding a successfully docked molecule?
It is possible that no molecule (out of 500+ million) dock my protein strongly enough?
I know I eventually have to try, but I just want to know my odds.
