Is There A Tool For Converting A Variable Step Wig To A Fixed Step Wig?
Hello Biostar community, is there a tool for converting a variable step wig file to a fixed step wig file? I used GEM-mappability and then gem-2-wig from the tool-package GEM-mapper, and the output is not what I need. The output I require is a fixed step, span=1 wig file.

Did you end up finding a solution for converting a variable step Wig to a fixed step Wig? If so, I would love to know how you went about it as I have run into a similar problem..!
