Agilent Mouse 4X44K Gal/Probe Annotations
I am generating annotations for my agilent 4x44k mouse arrays and, outside of the already mixed bag of accessions, I am noticing probes that are not control spots that lack any sort of description or DB identifier. For example "A_01_P1828511" (the probe's array ID). What are these spots? I can't find anything on the agilent website that provides a clue: the only data they show is for spots that already have annotations.
What is located at these spots and where can I find the annotations for them or a sequence to align?
