How To Save A Project In Genomestudio Snp Genotyping Module..
Suppose I've changed something in a genomestudio SNP genotyping file, now I want to save it as a new file and at the same time I want to retain the old one file. Whenever I am doing this, the software is always opening the old file, not which I've saved as a new file. What to do? Thanks

When you "File>Save as" save the file as a new name in your main projects directory; after saving, Genome Studio will still have the old project open, you then have to close that project and open the new project.
