Igv By Covarage By Gene

Hi Guys, I am new here and have just started using IGV. I would like to know how to use a GTF file with my BAM. bai file to see my aligment along with the GTF file. Is that possible?. What I really want is to get my gene names in the IGV aligment. I tried using the GTF file and it did not work.

IGV will work with GTF directly.

If your GTF file did not display then it means that it was not a correct file, it must contain other information or the file format was corrupted.
