I have developed a prediction algorithm, that can fuse various types of data (ontology, distance, network, sequence, and table data) into a single prediction model. I need to validate my algorithm in order to publish it.

I have tested it on one domain until now: I successfully predicted candidate genes that are responsible for bacteria growth in D. discoideum.

Does anyone have a problem, where I can test my predictions?
