Why not? Since you are asking in a bioinformatics Q&A site, is what you really want a program that makes the random distribution for you and that keeps track of which sample you put where?
Can you please explain how and why did you get this question ? You think that the distribution on the plate has an effect on the final results ? Have you tried to measure it by comparing random versus non-random distribution ? Thanks.
