Can't seem to find anything on Google about this.
I was wondering if anybody knows of any open-source controls (Windows Forms or WPF) designed to display sequences (DNA/Protein), similarly to UGENE (http://ugene.unipro.ru/images/ss_mac_h1n1.png). I don't have the time required to port their control over from QT unfortunately!

Curious about your question I looked around a bit and was completely surprised to find these [?]Microsoft Biology Tools[?]. Even if it doesn't answer your question precisely it is probably worth it to have a look at this if you are into Windows programming for Bioinformatics.
Holy smokes. I'm equally surprised. I've been working on this project for 6 months now and had no idea Microsoft had any sort of interest in Bioinformatics research. Also, it seems they do have a custom control to handle displaying sequences so your research is very much appreciated, thanks!
