I have big problem: Caps Lock and Scroll Lock blinking in Boot (WINDOWS ERROR RECOVERY)

It Auto to go "Launch startup Repair (recommended)" and got Blue screen of death error (Shutdown) I don't know what codes.

I can't control my keyboards because when I any key to choice from WINDOWS ERROR RECOVERY, Scroll Lock was flashing during press.
