Is It Possible To Download The Transfac Matrix Tables With Pwms With A Public Account

Is it possible to download the TRANSFAC Matrix tables with PWMs for the motifs in TRANSFAC with a public account? Are there any other database sources for PWMs for transcription factors besides TRANSFAC and JASPAR?
