Hello all,

Could anyone suggest where to download PFMs or PWMs only for plants with the exception of JASPAR (I already have the JASPAR)!? I am gonna scan 1-kb regions of more than 27K genes (Arabidopsis) for the presence of motifs.

I would be so appreciated if anyone can help me. Thanks in advance!
