Residue Co-Evolution With Few Sequences

Hi all,

I'm trying to do a residue-residue coevolution analysis of a protein family that only has ~100 proteins in Pfam. My final goal is to predict residue-residue contacts.

The best methods (e.g. DCA and PSICOV) require >1,000 sequences... are you guys aware of an alternative?

Thanks!
