Looking For A Database Of All Proteins Expressed/Predicted In Completely Sequenced Genomes
I am looking for a database of all proteins expressed/predicted in completely sequenced genomes for download. I am also willing to know the taxonomic distribution of the completely sequenced genomes. Thank you for your kind help.

Well UniProt.org's Complete Proteomes and Reference Proteomes would be a good place to start.
As Aravind and JC have said you can also try Ensembl for vertebrates and eukaryotic model organisms. For other species see Ensembl Genomes for equivalent data.

Of What ? prokaryotic or Eukaryotic ? You can get any genome(Only if they are availble) you need @ http://www.ensembl.org/index.html
I agree with Ensembl, you can find all the information there.
