Gff Annotation File For Affymetrix Human Promoter Array 1.0R

Hey everybody!

I am analyzing some ChIP-chip data (from Affymetrix Human Promoter Array 1.0R) using Bioconductor and the Starr package. I have determinded some peaks in my results and want to annotate them now. So I need an annotation file in GFF format.

Where can I download this from? There is now information about GFF files for the Human Promoter chip on the Affymetrix website, only for Human Exon and Gene chips... Alternatively, is there an option to create this file, maybe using the UCSC table browser?
