How To Draw Phylogeny Tree Using Mauve Output?

I have alignment file for few small genomes obtained from MAUVE.
MAUVE itself has no provision for plotting Phylogeny Tree.
Can anyone suggest, tool which can directly take MAUVE alignment output for drawing Phylogeny Tree.
(Either online tools or tools for Windows7 will be appreciated)

phylogeny

MAUVE does provide the guide tree for the alignment in Newick format. If that is what you meant with MAUVE output, this text file can be used with several tools for drawing trees like PHYLIP or PHYFI (which are available online).

That's guide tree for multiple alignment not a phylogenetic tree output in alignment file.

Yes, but I don't recall any tool converting the xmfa files to newick or any other tree format, sorry. I had the same idea before, so I have spent time searching for it. I ended up using the guide trees for a basic idea of relationships.
