I am looking for people who are experienced in creating phylogenetic trees with AMPHORA2 and Phylosift.

What is the time needed to generate a phylogenetic tree with around 500 genomes? Can it be done
on a 3.20 GHz CPU core and 8 GB RAM in a few days? How much could be computation exhausting?
