Hi all,

Anyone has any idea about the processing of output file that has been generated by orthomcl (groups.txt)?? I generate a bit matrix from this file and it looks like:

Group1 Group2 Group3 Group4 .............
First 1 0 1 1 .............
Second 0 0 1 1 .............
Third 1 0 1 0 .............
Forth 1 1 0 1 .............
.............
........

Now I want to randomly recombine each column (with values), for each possible combinations (eg. random combinations of 2 columns, random combinations of 3 columns etc)..

Any kind of help for solving this problem is highly appreciated.. thank you for your consideration...
