K-Mer Analysis

Hi Members, Is there any analysis tool which could predict the kingdom or taxonomy of a query sequence by analysing k-mer. I am using myRAST for the same purpose. Is that right? If my Aim would be is to find which kindom or taxonomy my query sequence belongs to, what could be my approach? Or it is not possible? Kindly comment
