Looks like a solid course in a fantastic location!
yes, it is in a isolated park-like setting, by a crystal clear lake with also great food offered by the station. It is an ideal learning (and teaching) location.
It was a great experience and an awesome course! I wish I could go again this year. Here's a link for Titus's run down from last year and here's my post about the experience.
