I'm looking for a Webservice for annotating intervals on genomic positions. I have a set of biologists that use a service like Jaspar to annotate TF binding positions. Then they spend about 12 hours using MS Word to annotate the promoter sequences with the results. I have some programming tools to do it myself but they don't want to learn to to program. Does anyone know of any Web services that would be simple for them to use?
