Experiences With Roche 454 Flx++?
Has anyone got any experience with 454 FLX++ data sets? I have seen this blog post from a company called Eurofins MWG Operon that plots a modal length of 800-950 bp or above with this updated chemistry:

I don't have our sequence stats in front of me, but with the new 454 chemistry we've been averaging about 900 bp read length. I'll have to check on quality scores and max/min length for you... Read quality is another question with the longer reads.
Do you have a question in addition to "got any experience with 454"? If you're curious about the technology you should check with your Roche or sequencing facility.
