Are There Tools That Combine And Consolidate Proteomics Data
I have data from Proteome Discoverer and Byonics. I want to know if there is some sort of software out there that would allow me to combine data sets to look at the different PTMs that we are finding with each type of software. We get one set of PTMs with Byonics and a different set with SEQUEST. IF we could sort them into one file and display a conglomerate of all the PTMs that would be awesome.
