Hello, I would like you to suggest me a web service, if available, listing all the genomes sequenced so far. Of course there are lists of sequenced genomes in the web, but I would like to know if there is some specific service that keeps the list updated (exhaustive) and maybe provides some useful data such us coverage, depth etc.

The genome projects are described in that XML file at the NCBI : ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/bioproject/bioproject.xml
In addition to BioProject, you might check GOLD database. I believe it contains much larger number of genomes compared to BioProject (~19k vs ~8k). Of course, in both cases, most of listed genomes are far from being finished (GOLD lists less than 2k of finished genomes).
