Looking For Tools That Support Visual Comparisons Of Trace Files

What tools are available for visualising trace files in such a way that I can compare traces between a forward and a reverse read or subtract traces to see the differences.

I don't think it will do subtraction, but SeqTrace may be worth a look. It will do forward and reverse read comparisons. Python and GPL'ed software.
