Algorithms Used By Gene Ontology To Computationally Infer New Annotations
Does someone know how the IEA (Inferred Electronically Annotations) are computed by GO consortium? I think the use some heuristic algorithm, but I don't know much about them. Can you provide me some example or reference please?
