Download Illumina (Omni Quad 1 Million Chip) And Affymatrix Snp Array Information For Locus And Strand Information?

I want to know strand information of illumina omni quad 1 million chip SNPs. How do i access that? In many databases like Biomart and SNAP broad there are filters for these arrays. Can we download this information form its source??

You are looking for the probe annotation files. If you go to the manufacturers product webpage of your microarray chip you will find those. If you give me more information on the specific chiptype i can point you to the files your looking for

For Illumina navigate to the product page, click "View the product support page for additional technical information", click product files on the right and there you are. Or go to this page (not hosted by Illumina) and look for the strand-file of your chipset
