Glam2 And Maximum Sequences Length

Hello,

as you know, GLAM2 does not accept queries that exceed 60 Kb in total length. Do you know any way to avoid this limit? I thought that perhaps the application could be run locally, or moved to private server, but I do not know if it is possible and if, eventually, this could actually permit to exceed the limit. I would not like to divide the query in sub-queries, because it results in a information sink.

GLAM2 can be installed and run locally. It is now part of the MEME suite. Documentation and installation instructions are at the link.
