phylogenetics tree

Do not make a consensus tree from different methods. It is not appropriate. You would be comparing apples and oranges.

CONSENSE - Consensus tree program from PHYLIP package is exactly what you need.

I also recommend Dendroscope 3.

From my experience, CONSENSE will work for simple data sets, but it hasn't been maintained in MANY years (I think since 1993? Please correct me if I am wrong here). I prefer using the consensus commands from the python package SumTrees.
