How can I search SNP by domain, SNP@domain seems nor working at the moment. I have to search SNPs for a specific protein domain and to check if reported mutation are within the specified domain?
I have only list of genes which are found in SH2 domain, where mutation are know to occur, Now I have to find other proteins in dbSNP that have mutations in their SH2 domains. ?

It has been a while since I searched dbSNP, but I cannot remember having seen such option. Couldn't you locate the coordinates of the domains in question and then search dbSNP by coordinates?
