What Software Do I Use To Calculate Ld Coefficients With Msat Data With No Phase Information?
I have genotypes for diploid, unrelated individuals for ~100 microsatellite loci. I was hoping to calculate the composite (I'm assuming this is my only option if I don't have phase data) LD coefficients for each pair of loci.
I have been unable to find software that can accomodate the facts that my loci are NOT biallelic and that I don't have phase data.
Any suggestions out there?? Many thanks!
