Cisgenome Virtualbox Running Error.
Hello everyone! My operate system is Ubuntu12.04. But I want to use GUI cisGenome to analysis my Chip-seq data. So i instaled Windows XP in VirtualBox. Howerer,when I use GUI cisGenome to PeakCalling, it always stops after a few minutes. I don't know why that happens. Does it relate with the VirtualBox? Or is it other problems? It's annoying!

What is visualBox, are you talking about virtualbox. I think its to do with the memory management of the virtual box, try increasing the virtual RAM else you should directly ask the cisgenome people. You can also try ubuntuforums but would need more technical details to report.
Oh, yes, It's virtualbox! I'm sorry for my spell fault. I have tried to give the virtualbox 2G RAM (my computer has 4G RAM), and I also set XP 2G virtual memory. Howerer, it also doesn't work. Maybe I will ask cisgenome people. Thanks for your kind help!
