Convert Affymetrix Data In Hapmap Format To Plink

Hello,

I'd like to work with some Affymetrix data that's in HapMap format (http://www.affymetrix.com/support/technical/sampledata/axiomdb/axiomdb_data.affx) by converting it to PLINK format. I can't seem to find a clearly documented tool (can't work out what to do with glu) to do this for me. Have I missed an obvious solution to this? My perl/Python is not up to scratch to code this myself from scratch.

Did you ever find a solution to this problem ? I have the same and can't seem to get GLU to work and I can't code either.
