How Could I Find The Software For "Divide And Conquer" Approach For Sequence Assembly?

Hi everybody! Could any of you tell me how could I find software in internet like "Divide and Conquer" in order to put together oligonucleotide sequences. Feel free to contact me whenever you want. Best regards,

FARID DE LA OSSA

sequence assembly

You mean software? or package specific for python, perl, c, c++, java?

Any particular reason why the software must use a divide-and-conquer strategy? People here might be able to better help you if you describe what it is you are trying to accomplish.

don't put your mail address here: it attracts spammers to this site and in any case, you should not continue conversations on private.

"Divide and Conquer" is a programming paradigm, an approach to solve a programming problem, and not a software. Moreover, it is not clear at all what you mean with 'put together oligonucleotide sequences'. Please restate your question.
