How to generate dotplot using the lastz output file
Hello
I have aligned human and mouse genome using lastz and used option rdotplot. The i got the output of rdotplot and would like to plot it using R.
Can anyone please help in the plotting the same.

Please check the above link and in examples you will find comparing human and chicken chromosome under which please find figure 1. That figure was plot using the output file of lastz.
