Searching for a free alternative to IPA
Hi everyone. I'm looking for a free alternative to IPA to analyze differential expressed genes. I'm looking for a tool that tells me not only if a term is enriched but that also outputs a kind of "score" indicating the direction of the pathway (if up or down), like IPA does.
It should be able to recognize GENE SYMBOLS. Anyone has suggestions?
