Q-Q plot for p-value from HWE exact test
Dear All,
I tried to plot Q-Q plot, using p-values from HWE exact test. This is my result:
It seems that left tail looks strange. The reason is that there are a lot of SNPs with p-value=1. But I know that graph should looks like this:
I'm interesting what is the problem?
