Using Maker to map foward annotations from reference gff
Can Maker be used to push the annotations on a reference genome onto a novel genome from the same genus and or species?
I assume it would be done with using the following options in the maker_opts.ctl
model_gff=foo.gff
map_forward=1
If Maker is unable to do this are there other tools that can?
