Unable to install Autogrid4
I want to install Autogrid and Autodick 4 from the repository:
http://autodock.scripps.edu/downloads/autodock-registration/autodock-4-0-1-and-autogrid-4-0.0
When double clicking in the .exe it gives me the next error (long version short).
...couldn't find Cygwin1.dll
The thing is cygwin1.dll is inside the binaries file of the previously installed MGLTools. Apparently Autogrid installer cannot find it.
Any help would be appreciated

I suggest you download
cygwin1.dllfrom the same website as binaries, and put a copy of it in the same folder withautogrid/autodockbinaries. These are command-line programs (unless something changed recently), so you run them by typing in aCMDwindow (Command prompt) rather than double-clicking.I had this problem and I solved it thanks to you :)
