Thank you Joachim. I've looked around in TAIR gene expression resources but was a little confused by the lots of data sets and tools there. I'm not very familiar with gene expression data and would try not to get into comparing different microarray experiments, do you know if there's a more central and organized dataset for gene expression in maybe a few key developmental stages in Arabidopsis and/or other plants?
I'm looking for a reliable database for genome wide gene expression data in Arabidopsis. I hope it to be mostly publication based as I can be confident in the data, and have easy downloading or programmatic access. It's essential that it uses or can be mapped to TAIR10 identifiers. It'll be even better if such databases exist for more plants, but not necessarily. Can you recommend one?
Thanks.

You can find a lot of information about Arabidopsis databases and tools in The Arabidopsis Information Resource (TAIR): http://www.arabidopsis.org/
TAIR contains many links to datasets and databases:
- http://www.arabidopsis.org/portals/expression/microarray/microarrayExpressionV2.jsp
Hope that helps.
Sorry, but I do not know more specific/organized datasets besides those available through TAIR. It might be good to do a literature search on the topic you are trying to address and then contact individual paper authors about further information.
Thank you Joachim. This is a good idea.
