Stacks: Denovo.pl M, m and n paramters

Hi everyone, I am running stacks denovo.pl, I need to try different M, m and n values to know the best for my samples. I would like to know if I can run various parameters at once using different PBS script since I have some nodes that is free.

Like running M=3, M=4, M=5 at once.
