I am trying to do a comparative genomic analysis of phages infecting one host and the phages are not on Phamerator yet, is there any online tutorial available that you have? a video maybe that contains how to use PHAMdb? I search on Youtube but there's none. I am trying to download OrthoANIu tool and have downloaded java and search but it's not running on my laptop
