I am totally new to this topic so any help will be appreciated.

I am trying to understand/investigate the attachment (and possibly entry) process of an insect virus. There is no prior knowledge on how the virus - host interaction works so I was wondering if it possible gain any knowledge using bioinformatic tools. Both the virus and host have genomic sequences available.
