Powermarker : Out of memory Exception
I am using Powermarker for genetic analysis of 16,000 samples. It is showing error while creating distance matrix
#Error 1 : Exception of type system: Out of Memory Exception was thrown.
Can anyone suggest me how to resolve this error or any other tool for the same, as I have one more dataset of 25,000 accessions.

Probably that is what it is. Your system ran out of memory for the execution of this program. if you are running GNU-linux, try top and see the memory consumption of this program.
