Database of drugs warnings/risk

Hello, is there a way to download a database of drugs' warnings or risk ratings? I am compiling our medicines inventory with each drugs risk rating however I don't want to go through each individual item (700+). Thanks!

Could you specify type and the format you're expecting the data to be in? - more descriptive, patient oriented - e.g. https://www.drugs.com/international/
- adverse effects - either summary - most (but not all) databases mentioned in answer to this question Alternatives to DrugBank Database? have related section, or tapping into FEARS reports - https://open.fda.gov/data/faers/. To find more dedicated adverse terms you could use for example https://biokeanos.com/search?q=adverse&sortName=reputation_score&sortOrder=desc
