Is it possible to use vg in order to compare short sequences (100-mers)?
I have a list of about 500 k-mers that I would like to represent and visualize as a variation graph. Assume that k=100 and is fixed. Ultimately, I would like to create a variation graph of all the k-mers.
Is it possible to use vg for such a thing?
