Hello everyone

I am working on the gene expression (RNand methylation data of multiple patients. I used the SNFtool for the development of Patient-to-patient similarities profiles and did the clustering. As a result I can visualize the clusters with displayClustersWithHeatmap function. I am interested in developing the patient-patient network where node represents the patient and edge thickness reflects the strength of the similarity as displayed in Figure 2 paper available at https://www.nature.com/articles/nmeth.2810

How can I proceed the Patient-to-patient similarities profile (W) to the network development ?

I will appreciate all the suggestions.
