I am downloading files from an authorized project, and did

prefetch --ngc prj_xxxxx.ngc SRR5229208

and it generated the message to configure using vdb-config -i and I pressed x and then the download started.

When I tried again after some days it again shows the message vdb-config -i but is now unresponsive and the download does not work. I deleted the .ncbi and tried setting it to its default mode as well but does not work. Is there a way to reset
