Do you mean a description of an rRNA unit that you can look up at Ensembl, or UCSC, or NCBI? Or do you mean an actual sequence, including all repeats, that someone might get and assemble from a long read sequencing technology?
I need to filter the rRNA contamination from my RNA-seq data. Could you please share the link to download rRNA from Ensemble or NCBI. I know the following link rDNA but it included rDNA repeats.
