GSEA broad institute
Hello friends, I have been doing GDEA with the broad institute software. At the end, the result does not show any significant hallmark based on FDR value. there should be significant hallmarks in two phenotypes(control and treatment). I have 353 patients of two phenotypes(114 vs 239) So, what should I do? what is the problem?
